IntroductionAccording to the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC):
Organisations should always try to resolve a complaint or grievance by talking it over with the people involved. Employment tribunals should always be a last resort: disputes can very often be resolved through conciliation or mediation, either internally or by using an external service such as those provided by TCM Equality.
