A comprehensive programme of equality and diversity training


TCM Equality designs and delivers a comprehensive programme of equality and diversity training courses:
  • BUILDING UNITY THROUGH DIVERSITY - a one day workshop for all employees examining the role of mediation in equality and diversity policies and frameworks.
  • EQUALITY MEDIATION SKILLS FOR MEDIATORS - a two day generalist course for existing in-house or independent mediators to develop the skills required to mediate in discrimination cases.
  • RESOLVING RACE DISCRIMINATION ALLEGATIONS THROUGH MEDIATION - a two day advanced course imparting the skills and strategies required to mediate in complex race discrimination allegations
  • RESOLVING SEX DISCRIMINATION ALLEGATIONS THROUGH MEDIATION - a two day advanced course imparting the skills and strategies required to mediate in complex sex discrimination allegations
  • RESOLVING DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION ALLEGATIONS THROUGH MEDIATION - a two day advanced course imparting the skills and strategies required to mediate in complex disability discrimination allegations.
